XS Analyser is the perfect tool for the users who need to consolidate and analyse the data, e.g. the production manager, the maintenance manager or the plant manager. They are then able to follow up and analyse the results of an entire production entity (performance indicators related to a machine, a cell or a line) allowing a continuous improvement of the production process.

XS Analyser provides powerful tools for retrieving historical data which can then be computed and combined together in order to generate the necessary indicators. Data can be filtered for achieving more accurate results.

A set of typical indicators is available with the system without any programming :

· Graphical Representation of the Running Rates
· Actual Production Graph,
· Pareto of goods and scraps,
· SPC Analysis based on Data Acquisition Card, Gaussian curves

By using pre-defined objects and due to a "fill-in-the-blank" interface (forms), XS Configurator allow an Application implementation without any programming, only configuration, in an extremely rapid way. XS Configurator allow also the configuration of all parameters to be used in all XS Suite® modules used in the customer application, such all variables used in statistical or financial computations and alarms.

The typical Three types of Resources used in Production (Machines, Materials and People) are described in XS Configurator in an easy to understand way. The used hierarchy, based son the SP95 standards and the MESA, does reflect the physical organization of the entire installation (enterprise, plant, workshop, production line, machine).

XS Configurator include also a graphical editor to build up any king of animated process graphics (IHM) to be used for the control and follow up in real time of the application.
XS Generator is the « third party » version of XS Configurator including some development tools kit like IO DK and GUI DK allowing the creation of new objects , new drivers to interface any kind of third party production system or devices.

XS Plan provide an assistance to the scheduling functions. XS Plan is in the XS Suite the Management HMI of the Fabrication Order Data Base.

XS Plan perform GANTT diagrams or Planning List for the plant fabrication, to be shown on a per workshop, per line, per machine basis, either after importing this planning by XS Exchange either by being created directly by the person in charge of the scheduling function by using XS Plan. In that case, the launching is done in a finite capacity way. XS Plan detect all overload and allow to re-plan all Fabrication Order to cancel the detected overload . The Fabrication Order status is indicated by configurable colors code. A in progress bar indicate the percentage of progress made on a fabrication order. The estimated duration of a fabrication order is deducted from the associated cadence to the realization of the product on the concerned machine as it has been defined during the configuration of the application by using XS Configurator.

XS Plan allow also the re-organization of the fabrication lots based on the short term constrains of the workshop; for example, a re-allocation of resources in case of a machine failure, or task addition not directly linked to Fabrication Order ( preventive maintenance, ....

XS Plan is the module in charge of transferring Fabrication Order to the production machines.

XS StarPlan and XS OptiPlan are modules to allow finished capacity scheduling . they take in account all production constrains from a human as well as materials perspectives. The simulation function is also part of this modules allowing the possibility to select thru different scenarios.

This family contains 4 members: XS Extract, XS Report, and XS Analyser ET XS Genealogy.
XS Extract is a software component of the XS Suite family, which allows recording of production data in a consolidated database.

XS Extract is used to put at disposal all acquired data from XS Production in order to modify them in case of mistake during a manual data entry operation. The data required for the calculation of the Key Performance Indicators, which are not automatically acquired by the system, can be added manually.

XS Report is the reporting module of XS Suite.

XS Report generates formatted reports according to the user's needs and requirements like Daily and Annual Production Yield Rate, Efficiency by Resource, Summary of Machine States.
The reports can then be exported to a spreadsheet editor such as Microsoft Excel.

XS Report allows also correlation computation between various data such machines status, operators working timing or fabrication orders.
